At GoSmile, customer satisfaction is important to us.

 

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used teeth whitening products.

We will accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.

 

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made via your original payment method

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
